What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event combines an in-person audience with online participants. We handle the technical production, ensuring a seamless experience for both audiences.
What types of events do you support?
We support conferences, corporate events, webinars, panel discussions, product launches, town halls, training sessions, association meetings, fire-side chats, multi-day events, and more.
Where are you based?
Streamwerk Berlin is based in Berlin, Germany, and regularly supports events throughout Germany and across Europe.
Which streaming platforms do you work with?
We support YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Twitch, and Webex. It’s also possible to stream to many social media platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. If your preferred stream destination is not on this list, we can probably still stream to it via RTMP – contact us to find out.
How many cameras can you provide?
The number of cameras (and microphones) depends on the event format and production requirements. We offer scalable solutions ranging from simple single-camera productions to complex multi-camera broadcasts.
Can remote speakers join the event?
Yes. We regularly integrate remote speakers, moderators, and panelists into livestreams, webinars, and hybrid events.
Do you record events as well?
Yes. We provide high-quality recordings for on-demand viewing, internal distribution, marketing purposes, or post-event editing.
How much does a livestream cost?
Pricing depends on factors such as event duration, number of cameras, venue requirements, streaming platform, and production complexity. Contact us for a tailored quote. We offer a charity discount as well.
How early should we get in touch?
The earlier, the better. However, we can also support projects with short lead times, subject to availability.
Do you travel outside Berlin?
Yes. We regularly produce events throughout Germany and Europe and can travel internationally when required.
